Welcome to Pelvic Floor Bootcamp!

I am so happy that you decided to join.

I believe that pelvic floor muscles are one of the most important muscles in our body.

We can't show off these muscles but it is vital to have them strong.

What you need to do before you start Pelvic Floor Bootcamp:

Make sure you know what the T-zone is. This is super important. You can't achieve results if you don't know what it is or don't know how to activate it.

Please watch the T-zone video first and practice your T-zone every day for at least 2 weeks following the video.

You need to know it so well that you can explain it to someone else.

Depending if you have done 5-Day Pelvic Floor Bootcamp, you can do these 5 days before the Bootcamp starts.

However it is not necessary.

Watch a video on whether 5 minutes work as this is essential for you to know mindset wise.

You don't have to have a mat, a carpeted area (or even your bed) will do.

But yes, ideally you would have a mat.

You also don't need to have any special sport attire just whatever is comfortable enough to move in.

No shoes are required.
